Privacy notice

Last updated: 22 June 2026

This notice explains what we do with the details you share when you register interest in Thespio. We keep it deliberately short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Thespio is the data controller for the information described here. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@thespio.com.

What we collect

When you use the “register interest” form we collect your email address, any comments you choose to add, and basic technical context (the date and time, the source page, and your country as inferred from your connection). That's all — we don't ask for anything else.

Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

We use your details for one purpose only: to let you know when Thespio is available. We will not use them for any other purpose, profile you, or send you unrelated marketing. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form; we keep a timestamped record of that submission.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own use. Your data is processed on our behalf by the service providers that run our infrastructure — currently Cloudflare (which hosts the database) and Resend (which sends our email) — under data-processing agreements. Resend operates in the US, so that involves an international transfer made under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until Thespio launches and we've let you know, or until you ask us to remove them — whichever comes first — and in any case no longer than 24 months. After that we delete them.

How we protect it

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in our database, with access restricted to authorised Thespio team members.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your details, withdraw consent, or object to our use of them at any time. The quickest way to be removed is our self-service removal page; you can also email info@thespio.com. If you're in the UK or EU and you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you have the right to complain to your data protection regulator (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk).

Changes

If this notice changes we'll update the date above.
