Thespio is a web-based tool that lets sales and presales teams turn screen recordings into interactive step-through demos. Instead of sending a video, you send a unique link your customer can explore at their own pace — with annotations, notes, and your branding on every step.
No. Viewers just open the link in any modern browser. No account, no app, no plugin required. If you've enabled email capture or OTP access, they enter those details on the viewer page itself.
The recorder extension runs in Google Chrome (and Chromium-based browsers like Edge and Brave). The Studio, Editor, and Viewer work in any modern browser.
Yes — if it runs in a browser tab, Thespio can capture it. For desktop applications you can use screenshots captured separately and import them into the Editor as image steps.
You can hide or delete any step in the Editor before publishing. You can also pause the recorder at any point during capture to skip over screens you don't want included.
Yes — on Pro and above you can set an expiry date per publish. After that date the link stops working automatically. You can extend or remove the expiry at any time from the Studio.
Shared libraries are available on the Team plan. All members of a workspace can access, duplicate, and republish demos created by their colleagues, with role-based controls to manage editing permissions.
You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Settings → Billing in the Studio. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your demos and data are never deleted — they stay available on the Free tier.
